Data capture and authentication solutions firm Acuant has partnered with MGT Micro Gaming Technologies on ID tech for gaming.

MGT develops software to automate, track and report all casino promotions. By integrating with existing player tracking systems, casinos can easily use MGT’s software in slot machines, kiosks, and through mobile devices.

Acuant’s partnership with MGT allows casinos to use self-service kiosks for onboarding and collecting valuable data as a part of player loyalty programs. Acuant’s AssureID and AcuFill software eliminate manual screening errors and speeds up the identity document authentication process, making it speedy and convenient for customers to sign up. After players scan their government-issued ID, Acuant authenticates the age of the customer within seconds and issues a player’s card if they are not yet registered.

“Our partnership with Acuant will help streamline the onboarding process for casino loyalty programs, which will benefit both players and casino owners,” said Mark Bryant President and CEO at MGT. “Through this partnership, casinos will be able to create a more efficient and cost effective loyalty enrollment process for their players.”

“Acuant and MGT allow casinos to automate the authentication of IDs, age verification, and loyalty program enrollment,” said Yossi Zekri, CEO of Acuant. “Players will have a superior gaming experience without casinos foregoing security.”
